The Real Estate Acquisition course is a State approved ten-week course that meets online twice weekly; on Mondays from 6pm-8pm and as a group coaching session on Saturdays noon until 1pm. In this course, renowned real estate developer Herb Strather, will share the knowledge and skills needed to acquire income properties without using your own cash, at the most attractive price and terms. Participants will learn a dozen acquisition strategies. The course comes with the Quick Start Program, which is a prerequisite for fully understanding the concepts contained in the class. If you are a Income Property Broker/Agent or a Residential Broker/Agent; Investor or If you are interested in owning apartment buildings and learning how to structure deals without using your own cash, this class is for you. You will find out the exact things to look for and how to evaluate them at a level that’s second to none. This class is a hands-on course where you will be working directly at the round table or On-Line with Mr. Strather and team to guide you through setting up your venture correctly. Participants are required to close a deal to meet graduation requirements.
