Become a Real Estate Auction Expert by working directly with Herb Strather during the Auction. This experience includes training sessions, group breakout teams, and full access to live bidding during the Auctions!
Round Table Class will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 6pm
During this experience, you will have the opportunity to work as a team and pick target areas for investing. Participants will sit at the round table and work directly with Mr. Herb Strather. This is the event to receive hands-on experiential training during the live auctions and find something for yourself/earn cash in the process. We will be bidding and underwriting live! If you work hard and follow our approach, you are almost guaranteed to get a positive return. If that isn’t enough, you will earn $250.00 for each of your underwriting deals that get bought.
Some of the rules have changed for this year’s auction and one of them is that the minimum amount just to join the Wayne County Auction is $2,500… But, by joining us at the Round Table, you can use our account and avoid having to directly pay that deposit.
